Nineteen years of working, almost all of it for others, until now. I grew from an ordinary employee into someone trusted to build: 9 years as Sales Manager, 17 branches launched, and three of those years simultaneously as Financial Manager, navigating a real financial crisis alongside my team.
Four years ago I was asked to found a company in Germany from scratch: remotely, in the fog of the unknown. I started alone and built a team around it. Today I'm building something that's finally mine. I applied this same Clarity Path to myself and started the professional life I actually want.
