Terms of Service

1. Provider

These terms govern the use of services offered by Mehrvash Zehi ("I", "me"), accessible at www.mehrvashzehi.com. By booking a session or purchasing a programme, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

I offer the following coaching and consulting services:

  • Self-Discovery Quiz (free)
  • Clarity Session: 75-minute 1-on-1 session (€140)
  • Step 1, Clarity & Position (~2 sessions, €450)
  • Step 2, Build Your AI Foundation (~2–3 sessions, €350)
  • Step 3, Craft Your Brand System (~2 sessions, €650)
  • Step 4, Launch Your Digital Presence (~2–3 sessions, €500)
  • Step 5, Run Your AI Business Engine (~2–3 sessions, €400)
  • Full path programme: all steps bundled (~10–13 sessions, €2,000)
  • Done-for-you brand, portfolio, CV, or website services (custom pricing)

Session delivery is via video call (Zoom or similar). All materials and deliverables are provided digitally.

3. Payment

The Clarity Session is paid directly online via Stripe at the time of booking. Fees for individual steps or the full path are agreed and invoiced after your Clarity Session, once we've mapped out where you're starting from. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Clarity Session: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without charge. The session fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place, as its purpose — the diagnostic work and the proposal you receive — is delivered during that time.

Full programmes: You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without reason (right of withdrawal under EU consumer law), provided no session has taken place. After the first session, fees are non-refundable. Your €140 Clarity Session fee counts toward the cost of whichever step you start with, if you continue.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me is treated with strict confidentiality. I do not share your personal information or the content of our sessions with third parties, except where required by law. I may use anonymised, general insights for content and educational purposes only.

6. Intellectual property

All materials I create for you during the programme (brand guidelines, CV, website copy, etc.) are yours to keep and use freely. I retain the right to use anonymised examples for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. Results depend on your effort and circumstances. I am not liable for any decisions you make based on our work together. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
