I decided: from now on, I would work for my own goals. Not for someone else's.

Nineteen years building inside businesses: from sales and finance to founding a company in Germany. Now building my own.

CHAPTER 01

The early years

As a child, watching my parents leave for work every morning, I wanted to be in their place. So I started early. I was nineteen when I got my first job, and my first paycheck was the equivalent of almost nothing.

Even then, I knew: what mattered to me wasn't just having a job. I was always looking for something that meant something.

Over the years, my path shifted more than once. Not to escape what came before, but because each time I felt I had outgrown the container I was in, and it was time to learn something new.

I started at an ISP, where I spent six years and built a solid foundation.

CHAPTER 02

Panberes: Building inside a brand

Then I joined Vatan Zarin Asia, the company behind the Panberes brand, as a sales specialist, knowing almost nothing about sales.

But I had one thing going for me: whenever an opportunity came, I gave it everything I had.

After a successful trade show, I was handed the responsibility of leading sales for the entire brand. No management experience. I stepped in anyway, and spent eight years as sales director.

For three of those years, I was also managing the company's finances at the same time. Some days, the weight of it was genuinely heavy, but I always tried to do what I was trusted to do, and to do it well.

During those years, our team launched seventeen sales branches, ran a branding project, organized seminars, traveled across provinces, and built more experience than I could have imagined.

CHAPTER 03

Germany: Starting from scratch

Then came a new chapter. While I was overseeing a team of around four hundred people, I was given the task of launching Health Notion GmbH, a new company in Germany.

It wasn't an easy decision. I had to hand over something I had spent years building, and start again from scratch.

But that old feeling came back. The feeling that it was time to explore a bigger world.

I handed over the team to the next manager and arrived in Germany with almost nothing, just one person beside me.

We built a team, learned again, built again, and eventually launched a company that's operating today.

Am I going to spend my whole life helping other people reach their goals?

Or is it time to live my own?

Then AI entered my life.

NEW CHAPTER

Then AI entered my life.

For me, AI wasn't just a new technology. It was a new window: something that showed me people could be more independent, more creative, and more free than before.

So I started doing for myself exactly what I now help others do. Alongside my full-time job, in the evenings, on weekends, I worked step by step on my own project. I learned, I tested, I failed, I built. Slowly, something took shape that I genuinely loved.

Much of what you see here was built by my own hands, with the help of AI tools.

Today, more than at any point in my life, I feel like I'm on my own path.

I'm not here to tell anyone to quit their job or change everything overnight. I just want to help people who have a quiet voice inside saying: "Maybe there's a different kind of working life out there for me."

Who I help

People who've spent years building for others, and are ready to build something of their own

People who feel stuck and want work that's finally theirs, especially if they're rebuilding in a new country

People who want to turn their skills into income that's genuinely theirs, with a clear path and the AI skills to run it

If any of this sounds familiar, let's talk.

Prefer I build it for you without the full path?
