PRACTICAL AI IN THE WORKPLACE

How does AI fit into your team's work?

For organisations that want their teams to work faster and better with AI, become more creative, and put ideas into action.

Is this for you, or for your team or organisation?

For organisations & teamsFor individuals

THE PROBLEM

Your team uses AI. So where are the results?

Everyone their own way

People use AI now and then, each in their own way; there's no shared method in the team.

Experienced people's time

Reports, emails and summaries still take hours of your most experienced people's time.

Lots of data, slow decisions

There's no shortage of files, Excel and reports; but getting to the key point and the decision is slow.

Training that never reaches the work

Training that introduces tools but doesn't connect to the team's real work is dropped a few weeks later.

And the question left for the manager: are these tools really making the team's work better — or are we just trying them a little while others move ahead?

THE OPPORTUNITY

AI creates value when it enters real work.

Many people already use AI: to write an email, find information, summarize a text or get an everyday task done.

But there's a big gap between “using AI now and then” and truly knowing where in your work AI can free up time, where it improves analysis, where it brings new ideas and angles, which processes it can improve or automate, and where people's experience, insight and judgment must still play the main role.

That's where the real opportunity is.

For an organization, using AI well doesn't just mean learning a new tool; it's an opportunity for teams to build better ways of working, make better use of people's abilities, and keep pace with changes in this field — without experience, business understanding, insight and human judgment fading into the background.

WHERE WE START

We start from the real problem

I don't just teach ChatGPT or Claude, and my goal isn't to hand you a set of tools and ready-made prompts. The starting point is the very problem a person or team faces in their work.

  • What takes too much time?
  • Where is there too much information?
  • Where has analysis become hard?
  • What keeps repeating?
  • Where could a better output be built?

Problem → The right solution → Use in real work

ABOUT ME

About me and the work I do

Over the years my work has covered many parts of a business: from sales management, leading teams and opening branches to setting up a business in Germany, operations, product development, analysis, reporting and dashboards.

Over the past year I've gradually brought AI into different parts of my own real work; not just to get things done faster, but to do them better, analyze more deeply, find new ideas and angles, and build things that used to need more time, resources or expertise.

Human-led. AI-amplified.

AI can raise the speed and quality of work and, like a thinking and creative partner, put new angles, ideas and options in front of us; but experience, understanding of the situation, human insight and judgment, and the final decision stay with people.

HOW WE START

Working with your team, step by step

  1. 01

A conversation about your team's needs

We go through the team's problems, work and goals together.

  2. 02

    Course and group proposal

Based on shared work problems, I propose the course and how to group people.

  3. 03

    A practical course

We practise on examples close to the team's own work; in person or online.

  4. 04

    One month of support

After the course I stay alongside the team, and at the end we review the results together.

SUGGESTED GROUP COURSES

Practical use of AI in real work

Helping individuals and teams use AI practically in real work, in two main areas:

COURSE 01

Research, Create & Communicate

From research and information to professional output

12 hours

Course topics

  • •Research and finding information
  • •Reviewing and synthesizing several sources
  • •Summarizing and organizing information
  • •Generating ideas
  • •Writing and rewriting
  • •Work emails
  • •Reports
  • •Recommendations and proposals
  • •Presentations
  • •Preparing for meetings
  • •Turning complex information into a clear message

Learning path

Research → Understand & synthesize → Create output → Communicate & present

Suited to

People who spend a large part of their work finding, synthesizing and turning information into output; in sales, marketing, HR, project management, product or consulting. The job title doesn't matter, the kind of work does.

COURSE 02

Data to Decisions

From data to decisions

20 hours

Course topics

  • •Reviewing and analyzing data
  • •Comparing periods, products or performance
  • •Finding trends and patterns
  • •Key performance indicators
  • •Performance analysis
  • •Finding the important, usable points
  • •Charts and data visualization
  • •Reporting
  • •Dashboard design
  • •Using analysis for decisions

AI helps us reach the key points faster; but what the results mean in the real business context, and what decision to take, still needs human understanding, insight and judgment.

Learning path

Data → Analysis → Key points → Visualization & reporting → Dashboard → Decision support

Suited to

People who deal with data, Excel, periodic reports, KPIs or management information; in sales, finance, operations, supply chain, planning, marketing or management.

GROUP MAKE-UP

How are participants chosen?

The main criterion for forming each course is a shared work problem — not job title or department.

For example, a sales manager, a finance specialist, a marketing analyst and an operations manager may all work with data and reporting and have a similar need; it makes more sense for all of them to learn together in the Data to Decisions course. The sales target-setting and analysis course is a little different, and people from sales and marketing teams can take part in it.

This model keeps each course's content more focused and brings the exercises closer to participants' real problems.

10

Maximum participants per course

To keep quality high, with room for practice, questions, feedback and working on real examples. If there are more people, the course runs in separate groups.

HOW COURSES RUN

How the course is delivered

Courses are designed to be as practical as possible and based on real work. Alongside explaining the concepts, participants practise and apply what they learn to examples close to their own work. Depending on circumstances, courses run in person or online.

The goal isn't just to know what AI can do.

“I know where in my work, and how, to use AI.”

ENVIRONMENT & PREREQUISITES

Learning environment and prerequisites

So everyone can practise at the same time, it's best for the learning environment to be as uniform as possible. The main suggested tool for the course is ChatGPT; other tools may be introduced during the course.

Research, Create & Communicate

Access to a version of ChatGPT that doesn't seriously limit research, working with files and writing.

Data to Decisions

An account with Microsoft Excel alongside ChatGPT, able to upload and analyze files, with enough capacity for the exercises.

—Tool subscription costs are separate from the course fee.

—If real data is used, the company's confidentiality and internal policies are respected.

SUPPORT

Support after the course

The goal isn't for the course to end and for using what was learned to stop right there.

  • •Answers to questions that come up in real use
  • •Help with troubleshooting
  • •Feedback on how you're using it
  • •Guidance on applying what was learned

At the end of that month there's a short review: what has really been used, where it has worked, where there's still a problem, and what the next step is.

1 month

Support after the course ends

A new project or need outside the course topic is reviewed separately.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Three ways to work together

01

Group training

For when several people share similar work problems and we want to build a practical skill in the team.

02

Private 1:1 mentoring

For when the problem, data, process or goal is specific to one person and needs a personalized path.

03

Project delivery

For needs like a dashboard, a reporting system, or designing or improving a process and automation.

For private mentoring and project delivery there's no fixed price in advance; first the problem, the need, feasibility and the scope of work are defined, then a plan and cost are proposed.

IN SUMMARY

Summary

The goal isn't for people just to get to know a few new tools; it's for them to truly bring AI into their own work — so that it leads to:

  • Better, faster work
  • More usable analysis
  • Smarter processes
  • More room for thinking and creativity
  • Teams that improve how they work as AI changes

The final goal: moving from “trying AI” to “truly working with AI”.

Throughout this path, experience, understanding, creativity, insight, judgment and the final decision stay with people.
